This book is pissing me off. It seems to be "feminist" on the surface, but the constant slut-shaming, and the flippant way they treated the attempted sexual assault on one of the male characters by a female character disgusts me. I do enjoy the mythology and school aspect of it. Zoey [main character] annoys me. I am hoping that this series gets better with time. I do want to enjoy this series, but so far...I don't.
